In-person sessions are conducted with your safety in mind and government restrictions as well as college restrictions are followed closely.
Online sessions allow you to access the counselling from the comfort of your own home, no traffic lights required. A secure link is sent to your email where you can log on and meet with your therapist. This modality can be especially helpful if you are feeling unwell or are unable to leave your home.
Our fees are based on the rates suggested by the Psychologist Association of Alberta. Many healthcare plans provide some coverage for psychological services and it is encouraged that you check with your provider as to how much you are covered for. In the instance of no coverage, a sliding scale fee can be considered. Fees which are not covered by healthcare plans can also be used towards tax write-offs .
Payment is accepted in cash, etransfer, or credit card at the end of session.
